I put off watching the second and third episodes until last night and I really enjoyed them. Seemed like a different show compared to the first episode! I miss the Addison that we were introduced to at the end of Grey's season 1. She showed a little bit of that when she told the co-op doctors that she was staying, but it still had a whiny undertone.
