Loved this episode and loved the exploding carotid artery! In real life I would totally root for Derrick and Rose as she (so far) is not the emotional basket case Meredith seems to be (But seeing how Derrick is a bit of an emotional wreck himself, perhaps Rose deserves better than him). But since so much time and energy has been invested in the Meredith / Derrick relationship, I guess they will eventually end up together, more or less “happily ever after”.

Feeling so bad for Bailey now. Love the actor who plays her husband!

Dustin, I am also disgusted with several aspects of the show right now. The Izzie and George ‘thing’ needs to end. It’s past time to move on. I actually enjoy the Christina/Izzie rival. I do seriously think that Izzie needs to let go of the fact that she isn’t in the Mer/Christina clique.

I feel bad for Miranda. This obvious upcoming storyline is going to be extremely hard on the character. But for the actress, it’s going to provide some excellent opportunities for her to showcase her brilliance in acting. Should be an interesting year for Bailey…if we get to finish the season…

Finally, Derek and Rose…I guess it must happen for Meredith to learn a lesson. But it worries me. What if they’re good together? What if they decide to keep the character? What will that mean for Derek and Meredith in the long-run?

Looks like Bailey will be the narrator - I’d bet that kitchen scene wasn’t so random and Tucker sues not only for divorce but full custody.

I think they might have Meredith temporarily quit. Apparently a female someone else (Callie?) narrates an episode coming up because the usual narrator can’t do it. I think Meredith is going to have a little bit of a freak out if the guy in the ambulance dies and if/when she sees Derek with Rose. Just my opinion right now. Might spice things up a bit.

Lots of sads in this episode. Interesting how they are bringing in these different relationships and putting them on display in front of Meredith. Wonder what they intend to come of that…

Seth Green was the best part of the show. Totally knew what was coming when Sloane presented the case to everyone. See this artery pulsing was like watching a bomb timer tick down to 0:00. Maybe Sloane should’ve forbidden hot chicks from attending to the guy — talk about blowin’ it!
