Kristen at E! is reporting that while it’s not yet official, she’s heard that “Brothers and Sisters” will be back next season with 27 episodes, 5 more than usual! Yippee!

  2. Was there an actual chance this show wasn’t going to be renewed?

  3. I know last year it was questionable for a 2nd season, but ABC took a chance on it. I think more and more people have picked up on the show and are watching it now.

  4. I don’t understand why Kristen at E! is saying that Brothers & Sisters’ renewal for a third season isn’t official yet. ABC already renewed Brothers & Sisters for a third season back in February, and they released an official statement on zap2it.com about the renewal at that time. It was only recently that they announced that season three is going to have a total of 27 episodes. Maybe that’s what she meant isn’t official yet. Also, the writers of Brothers & Sisters have already made it very well known that their plan is to start writing the scripts for the first several episodes of season three right away without taking a break. Anyway, I hope that this information helps.

  6. BTW I checked out Kristen, now she’s saying it’s 24 episodes, but still a larger season (but this would be only 2 more than normal I guess)

  7. Are we still going to lose characters? Seems like there was something about there were two males leaving.
