Ya outside Jerry was telling that to Dan he is nothing but a womanizer then it showed him upstairs and Mephis came in and started yelling at Jerry for calling him a womanizer. He went on to tell Jerry how dare him since he touched Aprils boobs the first night everybody was introducing him and he’s married.

I kinda thought that might be who he was yelling at, but wasn’t sure from the angles. I remember him leaving and Jerry sayin something like “whatever” but it looked like he was in Ollie’s face lol.
