Who the new HOH put on the block is after the fold . . . Of course this could change live on Sunday given the new power someone in the house might get to replace such noms!
Note: If anything interesting happens on the feed/AD tonight I’ll add it in . . . (assuming I’m still awake)
CBS/TVGuide dropped a tiny hint as to what the finale of “Army Wives” might hold. Michael Nouri will appear in the final two episodes as Lt. General Walter Ludwig, who arrives at Ft. Marshall to give Michael Holden some major and unexpected news.
I think it’s safe to assume this will be one of the cliffhangers. Thoughts? Something tells me Michael isn’t getting transferred to Brussels again, but back into combat. That, or Michael is given the news that something happened to Jeremy, to relay to his good friend Frank.
Word around the net is that “Ugly Betty” is getting a make-over. No not a revamping of the show, an actual make-over for Betty.
Entertainment Weekly says that ABC is currently test marketing the new look on audiences. Personally I don’t know if I like the idea. Part of the show’s charm, and Betty’s, is that she’s quirky and has her own style.
I was not home to watch the show live, but did Tivo it. However I sped through it to find out what happened basically I couldn’t be patient!
A lot of time was dedicated to the showmance of Jeff and Jordan (which I have to admit is really cute and genuine).
The live vote saw Jeff, Ronnie, Natalie, Chima, Michelle, Lydia, Kevin all voting to evict Casey. Russel was the only one who voted to evict Jordan. BEfore going out, Casey went out with a bang telling Jessie he deserved what was coming to him. Natalie took to Jessie’s defense, of course.
Before the live vote, Julie revealed the “twist.” The cliques were no more! However one of the remaining house guests would be given a mystery power to be used in the next two weeks. Julie said it could change the game and the receiver had to keep it a secret until used. It was up to America to vote for who would get it. Julie said having HOH and Veto were very important this week to guarantee safety. The power can only be used at one of the next two evictions.
Julie revealed to us that the power was the Coup D’etat. The winner could overthrow the HOH and nominate who they wanted on the block! You can vote at CBS.com for who you want to have it.
The new HOH competition was held. It was an endurance competition where everyone was stuck on swings that spun around The first five out got to pick a prize, one was $5000!
I’m going to try and be better with Feed/After Dark spoilers. Unfortunately I had guests, and then the show just got boring with Jessie’s Crew controlling the house and worshiping at his feet. Here is hoping this new “twist” will heat things up! With no more cliques, people are going to turn on one another and fast!
UPDATE! The new HOH is posted below, as are the three people who are the “Have Nots” this week!
According to Hollywood Reporter, Robert Knepper has been promoted to a series regular next season on “Heroes.” The actor was to originally appear in only six episodes as the head of some evil carnival recruiting people with powers. Now the show plans to keep him around a bit longer.
Poor Bree is about to have another kid leave the nest it seems. People Magazine is reporting that Shawn Pyfrom, who plays Andrew on the show, is only returning for a few episodes next season. It was the actor’s decision not to commit too much to the show, but instead look for new and other opportunities.
Michelle and Jordan found themselves on the block, but they all think the plan is to get Ronnie out. They don’t know that Ronnie has a deal with Jessie and Natalie; while Ronnie also has an alliance with Russell!
Jessie tried to campaign to keep Ronnie and backdoor Casey. Chima, Kevin, Lydia and others agreed it was best if Casey leave, or Michelle. Jessie realized everyone who had gone home so far was basically his doing.
The POV was played. The competition involved everyone dressing up as pigs and having to dig through a giant mud and manure pit to search for truffles, which had numbers on them. The goal was to get the truffles to add up to the most numbers. Some truffles had prizes though, so they had to decide if they were worth keeping.
Chima refused to get dirty, so she wasn’t really trying. Casey found a Margaritta Party and decided to keep it, thinking it would make him popular in the house. The guests at the end were also allowed to chose an envelope as a gamble, not knowing what was in them.
Jessie took $2500 dollars, but didn’t win the Veto. Casey took a Margaretta Party, bit his envelope got him stuck in a Banana Suit for one week. Michelle ended up winning the Veto.
At the Veto Ceremony, Jessie ended up putting Casey up instead. Jessie felt if he didn’t get Casey out, he’d be gone and fast. Ronnie was sitting pretty, while Casey was fuming. Jordan hated being on the bottom every week, and hated being up against Casey who was her friend.
Thursday brings a huge announcement that will turn the game upside down. Will it be the end of the cliques?
Info : Please, resolve the addition below before post any new comment...
Guest_3468 : Watching PP, and all I can think is yea Violet!!! About time tell off that arse, can't believe he'd even try that
Dustin : Been thinking, maybe she's projecting something that happened with someone else onto her teacher
Dustin : I gotta rewatch Ringer as usual lol. Yeah she acted like she was really upset, I just thought she was playing for her friends sake though. I'd rather see Juliette go down in flames though
Guest_3468 : hoping ti's a plot between the two of them for some reason
Guest_3468 : Ausiello said that storyline turns into something else all together, that's what I hope because I hate it so far
Guest_2273 : I'm confused? On Ringer, I thought Juliette was making the rape up? The teacher turned her down. Now they are making it seem like it's real?
Guest_3699 : And don't forget the police record. Sounds like a keeper to me. But let's get mad at Annie for watching out for us. Although the GPS tracker was a little stalkerish. LOL And the burned down sororiety house? Hasnt this story been done before?
Dustin : I agree, and the Liam storyline is the pits too. Hey you ran me over and lied about it, and have multiple identities, wanna be my gal?
Guest_3699 : I give up on 90210. Is Naveed really that stupid? Let's tell a slightly unhinged, barely recovered addict who moons about her daughter 24/7 that she lives down the block and Silver is dating her dad!!! She'll probably take that really well.
Dustin : I'll probably watch on Hulu or On Demand, not much on till Next Week it seems
CGinCA : I am really enjoying Alacatraz, my only complaint is that for whatever reason, I seem to have to retape it a lot due to poor volume, and or digital adjustments.... So really watching twice and learning a lot each time.
Dustin : I have not tried it. Do you like it? Keep meaning to catch up on Demand
CGinCA : Is anyone watching Alacatraz?
Dustin : Yes I was thinking maybe he's connected to the book of Fairytales Henry has? His typewriter was definitely old fashion
DNA : Dustin, are you saying you think the "writer" wrote the fairy tale book? I liked that his arrival shook up the mayor. Not sure how I feel about the long drawn out story between Snow White and the prince. We know they get together in the fairy tale land so I'm not feeling all anxious about it. As for the present time, I don't think kissing out of the street half an hour after you promised your wife you'd get marriage counselling is a nice move.
Dustin : Last night's Once, Ehhhh! Seemed like a filler. As for the "Writer," Hmmmmm. Tied to the book maybe?
Dustin : Sorry forgot to write it up! Will get on that. Basically Jake was a toddler and was there, they used his memories to see what happened. We learned the kids (who really were more like College Students!) did not set the fire, Witch Hunters did in order to kill Cassie's father . . . . who escaped! Joe Lando has been cast as her father
CGinCA : What was the twist, I saw everything up to her coming back, but the last ten minutes my signal broke up so missed the graveyard stuff on Secret Circle.
Dustin : LOVED Secret Circle and the twist with Cassie's dad!
Dustin : Secret Circle didn't tape, waiting for Hulu, will watch it tonight.
Dustin : I don't like this new therapy session at the beginning and end of each show
Guest_3699 : I hate that they make Addison so dependant on the men in her life. That being said, I actually really like her and Jake together.
Dustin : Will write a few more posts today/tonight. Parenthood is killing me!
Dustin : I can't believe we have to wait 2 weeks for Glee though
Guest_2273 : Loving Emma's marry me will number!
Dustin : Got through Greys, PP and PLL lol. Only a few more shows and I'm caught up!
Dustin : Finally home and watching! May have to just a quick post of quick thoughts as a new week starts tomorrow lol!!
Guest_686 : It's official Pete is the biggest jerk ever, he has no hope now what so ever, disgusting, did you ever love her at all
Dustin : Finally home tomorrow! A weeks worth of shows to catch upo on
Dustin : Finally home tomorrow! A weeks worth of shows to catch upo on
Guest_3699 : Loved the shows tonight! Really enjoyed Greys. Didn't get a chance to watch PP yet. Secret circle was great and so was Vampire Diaries.
Dustin : Loved Secret Circle tonight! now to watch Grey's!
Dustin : Chadd, not sure. Go away for a week, so am going to be missing a whole week. The December shows were sooooooooo slow. It seems to just now be picking up
Dustin : Yes! Loved PLL. Gunna write that up in a bit. Parenthood is on tonight, along with some ABC stuff
Guest_3699 : Thank goodness some new shows last night!!!
