Who the new HOH put on the block is after the fold . . . Of course this could change live on Sunday given the new power someone in the house might get to replace such noms!
Note: If anything interesting happens on the feed/AD tonight I’ll add it in . . . (assuming I’m still awake)
CBS/TVGuide dropped a tiny hint as to what the finale of “Army Wives” might hold. Michael Nouri will appear in the final two episodes as Lt. General Walter Ludwig, who arrives at Ft. Marshall to give Michael Holden some major and unexpected news.
I think it’s safe to assume this will be one of the cliffhangers. Thoughts? Something tells me Michael isn’t getting transferred to Brussels again, but back into combat. That, or Michael is given the news that something happened to Jeremy, to relay to his good friend Frank.
Word around the net is that “Ugly Betty” is getting a make-over. No not a revamping of the show, an actual make-over for Betty.
Entertainment Weekly says that ABC is currently test marketing the new look on audiences. Personally I don’t know if I like the idea. Part of the show’s charm, and Betty’s, is that she’s quirky and has her own style.
I was not home to watch the show live, but did Tivo it. However I sped through it to find out what happened basically I couldn’t be patient!
A lot of time was dedicated to the showmance of Jeff and Jordan (which I have to admit is really cute and genuine).
The live vote saw Jeff, Ronnie, Natalie, Chima, Michelle, Lydia, Kevin all voting to evict Casey. Russel was the only one who voted to evict Jordan. BEfore going out, Casey went out with a bang telling Jessie he deserved what was coming to him. Natalie took to Jessie’s defense, of course.
Before the live vote, Julie revealed the “twist.” The cliques were no more! However one of the remaining house guests would be given a mystery power to be used in the next two weeks. Julie said it could change the game and the receiver had to keep it a secret until used. It was up to America to vote for who would get it. Julie said having HOH and Veto were very important this week to guarantee safety. The power can only be used at one of the next two evictions.
Julie revealed to us that the power was the Coup D’etat. The winner could overthrow the HOH and nominate who they wanted on the block! You can vote at CBS.com for who you want to have it.
The new HOH competition was held. It was an endurance competition where everyone was stuck on swings that spun around The first five out got to pick a prize, one was $5000!
I’m going to try and be better with Feed/After Dark spoilers. Unfortunately I had guests, and then the show just got boring with Jessie’s Crew controlling the house and worshiping at his feet. Here is hoping this new “twist” will heat things up! With no more cliques, people are going to turn on one another and fast!
UPDATE! The new HOH is posted below, as are the three people who are the “Have Nots” this week!
According to Hollywood Reporter, Robert Knepper has been promoted to a series regular next season on “Heroes.” The actor was to originally appear in only six episodes as the head of some evil carnival recruiting people with powers. Now the show plans to keep him around a bit longer.
Poor Bree is about to have another kid leave the nest it seems. People Magazine is reporting that Shawn Pyfrom, who plays Andrew on the show, is only returning for a few episodes next season. It was the actor’s decision not to commit too much to the show, but instead look for new and other opportunities.
Michelle and Jordan found themselves on the block, but they all think the plan is to get Ronnie out. They don’t know that Ronnie has a deal with Jessie and Natalie; while Ronnie also has an alliance with Russell!
Jessie tried to campaign to keep Ronnie and backdoor Casey. Chima, Kevin, Lydia and others agreed it was best if Casey leave, or Michelle. Jessie realized everyone who had gone home so far was basically his doing.
The POV was played. The competition involved everyone dressing up as pigs and having to dig through a giant mud and manure pit to search for truffles, which had numbers on them. The goal was to get the truffles to add up to the most numbers. Some truffles had prizes though, so they had to decide if they were worth keeping.
Chima refused to get dirty, so she wasn’t really trying. Casey found a Margaritta Party and decided to keep it, thinking it would make him popular in the house. The guests at the end were also allowed to chose an envelope as a gamble, not knowing what was in them.
Jessie took $2500 dollars, but didn’t win the Veto. Casey took a Margaretta Party, bit his envelope got him stuck in a Banana Suit for one week. Michelle ended up winning the Veto.
At the Veto Ceremony, Jessie ended up putting Casey up instead. Jessie felt if he didn’t get Casey out, he’d be gone and fast. Ronnie was sitting pretty, while Casey was fuming. Jordan hated being on the bottom every week, and hated being up against Casey who was her friend.
Thursday brings a huge announcement that will turn the game upside down. Will it be the end of the cliques?
Info : Please, resolve the addition below before post any new comment...
Guest_4184 : I really like Scandal. As with any Shonda show, it has ups and downs but overall I enjoyed it. Not sure where the are going to go with the next season though?
Dustin : I'm gunna finally watch season 1 and 2 of scandal over the summer, but I'm afraid to get drawn into another Shonda project lol
Guest_4700 : I agree with Grey's. Saw that ending coming about 1/2way through. This seems to be the season for lackluster finales. But SO GLAD to see Rookie Blue starts next week!!!
Guest_3912 : This is gonna sound bad, but I really wasn't shocked by the way they ended it...I hope they really didn't just kill him off
Dustin : Well that grey's finale sucked! Jeeze!
Dustin : I will be getting my OUAT thoughts up soon, want to rewatch it again. I am grading all week, so I'm doing a lot of multitasking. Also the new schedules for Fall are coming out, will post them soon. I think I'm gunna start moving more toward cable shows. I already know the shows I wanna see on Networks won't last lol
Dustin : Yeah I thought that at first too, but then I think he was talking about the shadow figure?
Guest_3215 : They said Peter Pan at the end of the finale. The blonde "lost one" mentioned it but he made it seem like he was Pan?
Dustin : Will get them up tomorrow. Thinking Neil went to Wonderland, good way to introduce that spinoff. interesting way they went around the Peter Pan copyright. I don't think they said his name? Hate this organization of Tamara and Greg's, too much like Lost. Doubt that was greg's dad he dug up, a regina trick.
Guest_4957 : Dang it OUAT! Curious to hear your thoughts about tonight's show!
Dustin : No I don't think so either.
DNA : I think Smash won't be back
Dustin : NBC renews Parenthood! So happy!
Dustin : I had noticed he had lost a lot of weight recently. I thought it was him just getting into shape. Now I guess not.
Dustin : Yeah Very sad.
Guest_1711 : Did you see that Cory Monteith (Finn) entered rehab again? They will be finishing the season without him.
Dustin : Yeah it's likely not going to get another season. The ratings have been pretty bad. I'm sad because just now the show has finally gotten good again!
Guest_3085 : Apparently NBC wants to kill Smash. What else explains the move to Saturdays???
Dustin : i have 90 emails in a folder, most are true blood news i just need to compile into one big post lol
Dustin : Woo hoo I'll have to go look. I know they just revealed the date the other day
DNA : True Blood Season 6 promo is out!
Dustin : Yeah I got to write up the second show still. Behind. Just watched Dallas last night, still have to see if I can watch Revolution again lol
Sean : I was just about to ask you to start reviewing Bates. It is so good and creepy. After watching the second show I see a lot of Twin Peaks in it.
Dustin : yeah i just saw that today. 3 weeks of behind the scenes episodes. Lordy!
Guest_1603 : Actually OUAT is in 4 weeks. In 3 weeks is a behind the scenes episode.
Dustin : 3 weeeks till the next OUAT! Ahhhhhh!
Dustin : Will try and get some posts out tonight and tomorrow Glee, Smash and Grey's
Dustin : Yeah I'm sadly growing bored with smash. You can see Ivy will go back, and this new musical of Karen's is boring
Guest_3355 : On one hand I hate what Derrick is doing but on the other hand, I don't see Karen's relationship with the broody, temper tantrum, man whore going well so I'm all for it. When will this story line be over???
Dustin : Really enjoyed Bates! Will do a write up today
Dustin : Gunna watch Bates soon.
CGinCA : Yeah. I so agree Monday nights are overloaded. Thankfully a lot of the shows I like are not on main network only show once mentality. So can grab themat later times. LOl
Dustin : I'm gunna set my tivo for it as well. There is already TOO much on Monday nights! Can't we find other nights of the week for TV
CGinCA : I am Tivo-ing it. Wondering why there seems to be two episodes back to back. One for 55 minutes and the other for 66 minutes I think....
