Just spit it out, it's two words: "I'm pregnant!" instead of moping around assuming how he's going to react. I don't care how busy or tired he is, you make time to deliver that kind of news to your fiance! If they're ready to get married, she should be able to talk to him about it no matter what their current life circumstance. These situations always seem so contrived for plot purposes. Besides, it's not like she's a teenager- she in her twenties, engaged, has a good job. Deal with it like an adult and talk to your fiance! How many times are we going to see Rebecca not understand that Justin is in med school, is not the brightest and has little time for her. I hope that Rebecca get in a car crash, goes into a vegetative state, gives birth and dies. Then Kevin and Scotty raise the baby. Justin could die too.
