A few new ABC releases today (lots of repeats again near the end of March I’m afraid). On “Ugly Betty,” Betty heads to London and meets up with Christina as well as old flame Gio. Finally “V” returns, which I’m looking forward too. I might have to watch all the reruns coming up next week to remember what is going on though!

BETTY GOES TO LONDON WITH AMANDA AND HILDA AND RECONNECTS WITH CHRISTINA AND GIO, ON ABC’S “UGLY BETTY”

“London Calling” — Betty gets an assignment to cover London Fashion Week, accompanied by Amanda, and she brings Hilda along as a bachelorette party treat. She reconnects w/Christina (Ashley Jensen) and also runs into Gio (Freddy Rodriguez) unexpectedly. Willie joins AA to get closer to Tyler and to double-cross Claire and Daniel, and Bobby can’t figure out why Justin is spending all his time with Austin — until he can — on “Ugly Betty,” WEDNESDAY, MARCH 31 (10:01-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

Guest starring are Ashley Jensen as Christina McKinney, Freddy Rodriguez as Gio, Adam Rodriguez as Bobby Talercio, Neal Bledsoe as Tyler, Ryan McGinnis as Austin, Daniel Gerroll as Lindsay Dunne and Matt Newton as Troy.

Series Will Air in New Timeslot, After “Lost”

In the last cliffhanger episode, several key plot and character points were revealed: Erica had lost control over Tyler, as she discovered he was now on the Mothership with Anna and Lisa (Laura Vandervoort), and she also learned that Ryan was a Visitor; Father Jack was stabbed by the Vs’ security guard from the warehouse, where evidence of experimenting on humans had been discovered; Valerie (Lourdes Benedicto) revealed that she’s pregnant by Ryan (a 1/2 alien and 1/2 human baby); and Chad, while doing a report on the Vs’ healing center during which he had himself medically scanned, was told he has a potentially fatal aneurysm in his brain – will he let the Vs cure him and be indebted to them?

“Welcome to the War” – As the story continues, Erica finds her life in danger when she’s attacked at home; a dangerous new member is recruited for the Resistance, as the Visitors shore up their defenses; Anna wonders why Chad hasn’t followed up on his diagnosed aneurysm; and Ryan’s concern grows over Val’s “abnormal” pregnancy, on the riveting return of “V,” TUESDAY, MARCH 30 (10:02-11:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.
