Witches Of The East End: Something Shifty This Way Comes
So the latest episode dealt with Ingrid, Wendy and Joanna working to save Freya from the painting and her old lover. Joanna couldn’t do much from jail, but an immortal lawyer managed to help get make bail (along with a stash of magical money she put in place years ago). He was not a witch, but had other clients her were who worked their magic to get Joanna out. So now we have immortals who aren’t witches too? I wonder what else is out there.
Ingrid, not knowing what to do, used a resurrection spell on Wendy. Wendy scolded her, saying she would have come back as is, and with that particular spell she will cost the life of someone she loves at some point. The previews seemed to hint it would be Ingrid herself, though I wonder if it might be Jason George’s character. There is definite bad blood between these two, going back to a life where Wendy accidentally got Ingrid killed. We don’t know that whole story yet, but something tells me this latest snafu will add to the tension.
Freya managed to escape the painting on her own, only to learn from her sister that they are in fact witches. Unfortunately just as she escaped, so did her ex-fiance it seems. We did learn he seems to be a witch as well.
The shapeshifting witch is still watching over them. By the end of the show she made a mark in a tree and turned it dark and black. Not sure yet what that’s about.
Some ABC July Spoilers: The Gates, Scoundrels, Eastwick?
I have yet to watch “Scoundrels” to decide if it is something I want to watch, it’s on Tivo. But here are the july 11th spoilers for it and “The Gates.” Oh and if you want to relive the heartbreak that was “Eastwick’s” cancellation, ABC has two new episodes on July 10th for you! (One I believe was one they completely skipped over)
Read on for all the spoilers . . .

Eastwick: Only One Episode Left!
There is only one episode left for “Eastwick,” which airs on the 30th. I think we all need to be prepared for unanswered questions given this last episode.
It’s a shame this show wasn’t given enough time, as it gets better and better with each episode. We were just beginning to get into the story of Jamie’s mom and the third of the older triad of witches. Grrrrr, that’s what I was looking forward to and really wanted to see who they might cast (in flashbacks) for her. Or maybe they would have faked her death this whole time given she was the one to kill Sebastian/Daryl?
The girls were also just coming into their full powers, another reason it sucks they canceled it when they did. I would have liked to have seen what other types of powers Roxie developed.
A final note . . . a reader, Heather, sent me this link to a petition to save the show. http://www.petitiononline.com/saveeas1/
Grey’s Casts Jason George
TVGuide is reporting that Jason George has been cast as anesthesiologist Ben Warren, to air sometime in February, and as a possible love interest for Miranda Bailey! Right now he’s slated for one episode only, but it could be expanded if things go well.
While good news for “Grey’s” and Bailey fans, it is probably the final nail in the coffin for “Eastwick,” which Jason was a part of.
ABC: Happy New Year Spoilers!
A few new spoiler releases are out today for some of ABC’s shows, back in the early New Year. Basically “Brothers and Sisters” and “Desperate Housewives.”
Also what could be the final “Eastwick” airs December 30th. It’s the episode staring Jerry O’Connell, and he was taping the final episode(s?) when the news of cancellation came in. A new episode does air this week, I’ve put its release in here too. . .
The “Housewives” release either has a BIG typo or a MAJOR spoiler!

ABC Early December Spoilers: Tis The Season!
As we enter December, be prepared for lots of shows to begin repeats, as well as those Christmas specials we’ve come to love over the years to be played in place of 8′o’clock shows. With some shows going into repeats I think I’m going to finally start making some video blogs for the site, something I’ve wanted to do for awhile now. I’ll discuss shows I watch but don’t have the time to give enough love to on here, spoilers circulating, and just my thoughts in general on TV things.
Anyways, in the spoilers this week, highlights include: A trip to Bermuda for “Ugly Betty,” where Marc is supposed to find a new romance, also includes some awesome guest stars including Shakira. The return of Tommy AND Julia on “Brothers and Sisters.” De Plane De Plane! episode of “Desperate Housewives” we’ve been hearing about for months now (which I believe is their last new show till January). Maggie Seaver (Growing Pains) drops by “Eastwick” to play Roxie’s mother. And a double header of “Private Practice” (no Grey’s) which includes Addison’s mother (JoBeth Williams) showing up to reveal a shocking secret!

Most of you have read this in the shoutbox or tweet bars, but just in case, ABC officially canceled “Eastwick.” No more episodes past the initial 13 (which I believe they were just filming this week) will be produced.
As of yet, no word on another network saving the show. Kristin at E! is saying that in January ABC might move “Ugly Betty” to the time slot, as it’s getting slaughtered on Friday where it is now (which everyone knew would happen!).
ABC Spoilers: End Of November Spoilers
VERY few spoilers for this week. Seems like the holidays are causing repeats or specials are bumping episodes.
The episode of “Eastwick” airing the last week was bumped from the 18th. A special interview with Janet Jackson takes it’s place on that day. A blurb for the December 2nd episode however has been included.
Likewise “Ugly Betty” on the 20th has been bumped and now airs the 27th.
This week’s episode of “V” is being called the “November Cliffhanger.” The show isn’t returning until March 2010!
Read on for the spoiler releases!

Eastwick: We Hardly Knew You Chad . . . .
I’m still loving “Eastwick,” and still uneasy that it’s the one of the few new series left that ABC hasn’t picked up . . . . Please don’t cancel it ABC!
Last night we saw the demise of Chad’s character as Daryl’s statue fell on him. I knew it was going to happen from next week’s episode release, but it still sucked. However the show is clearly getting the men in the women’s lives out of the way it seems (Kat’s husband, Will for Joanna). I’m thinking a major orgy episode in which Daryl has his way with each woman must be coming up!
Still loving Bun, but Daryl doesn’t seem to think she really has amnesia, and I’m beginning to wonder it too after her actions last night. Meanwhile the Irish guy (whose name I’m forgetting) claimed Daryl killed his mother . . . Is Bun not his mother after all? Technically all she said was she held him when he was born, and Roxie just assumed she was his mother, but she could have been there for one of the other 2? Sybil returns next week as one of the other 2 women, the one living out in the woods. We still don’t know who that 3rd is . . . . Is she the mom? Is she dead?
