Official ABC spoilers for around the 2nd week in October for several shows, including: Desperate Housewives, Brothers and Sisters, Grey’s Anatomy, Ugly Betty, Private Practice and Dirty Sexy Money.
Ausiello has reported that Grant Bowler (Lost) has joined “Ugly Betty” this season as the CFO of Meade Publications. He’s apparently the new sex-pot of the show and will give Daniel a run for his money!
Speaking of hot, Supermodel Adriana Lima is going to play herself in a guest spot on an upcoming show.
Over to “Grey’s,” Ausiello once again has a scoop that Janina Gavankar (L Word) is joining the show as an intern. Hmmm, yeah it could be type casting given where she came from, but could she end up in a lesbian storyline with Hahn and Callie? I don’t know why but I’m expecting Hahn to embrace her woman-loving side while Callie remains iffy, especially if Callie is pregnant with a McSteamy baby.
Brandon Scott (Cold Case) is also joining the show as a new young hot doctor.
Kevin McKidd, who will play the new doctor and Iraq vet, is rumored to become a full cast member. He’s said to be a love interest for Yang this year. It will be good to see Christina with a real story again. Last season all she did was be pissy to everyone and it got old.
Official show listings/spoilers for the season premiers of “Desperate Housewives,” “Brothers and Sisters,” “Ugly Betty,” and “Grey’s” follow! Read on for the spoilers.
Never fear though, according to Kristin at E!, the person who reveals shocking info in the promo is lying!
E Online’s Kristin has reported that when the new season starts, it looks like Meredith and Derek have their dream home! Reports are coming in that a new set, the McMansion, has been built. This would of course mean that some time has past since the end of last season.
Other spoilers indicate that Alex and Izzie will be in a full fledged romance when the show returns, or at least doing it like rabbits with one another.
In spite of the rumors going around that Katherine Heigl’s character of Izzie Steven may have some brush with death in the upcoming season, Shonda Rhimes tells People that Izzie is not going to end up with a brain tumor or any other medical crisis.
Meanwhile, Kevin McKidd, who as previously reported is joining as a military doctor, may be a love interest for Christina!
Bernadette Peters is set to guest star in the season premier of “Grey’s Anatomy.” The accomplished actress of stage and screen will be a patient on the show, along with Kathy Baker and Mariette Hartley. All three women are friends who for some reason end up in the hospital together.

At the ABC press tour last week, creator Shonda Rhimes confirmed there will be some kind of a relationship between Callie and Erica next season.
“We have a really interesting, wonderful, funny way of laying out the story of Callie and Erica that I’m pretty excited about, that I feel like is not necessarily your typical — if there can be a typical— your typical way of dealing with the storyline,” Rhimes told reporters.

There have also been rumors that Callie could end up with a bun in the oven, thanks to her romps with McSteamy last season. Additionally, Brooke Smith (Erica) appeared on a video clip with Ausiello talking about how her character has a bit of “Gay Shock” in the beginning after the kiss and tries to ignore it and not talk about it much. It seems we will see Erica struggling with her attraction to Callie and this side of herself.
A major scoop from The Hollywood Reporter! Jeffrey Dean Morgan (Denny Duquette) is returning to “Grey’s Anatomy” next season. But wait, isn’t Denny dead !?!
A rep for the show confirmed Morgan’s guest appearance but declined to divulge further details.
A ghostly visit? Izzy having a near death experience? A Twin? Thoughts?
Katherine Heigl will not be killed off or leave “Grey’s Anatomy” next season as rumors have stated. This was confirmed by ABC programming chief Steve McPherson during the current “Summer TV Press Tour.”
She’s absolutely staying with the show,” he (Steve McPherson) says. “There’s an unbelievable storyline for her this year that’s essential to everything that’s going on with the season.
