So tonight’s episode of Medium was just okay. I don’t know, the past few episodes haven’t been as fun for me. I mean a lot of this episode seemed to be taken up by Ariel whining about wanting to go to rich girls camp with her friend. No, you aren’t going, it costs too much, SHUT UP!
I have a feeling a lot of Joe’s story may have been cut out. They prefaced the show with a comment about the VA Tech shootings and how there were scenes they did not show out of respect. I did think that was very considerate of them.
Alison’s mystery though fell flat with me this week. I just didn’t seem to connect with it this week like I have in the past. Her dreams were, well boring! Not one of the better episodes.
I am looking forward to the next three episodes, which deal with the coming of Jason Priestley’s character as well as Neve Campbell as Alison’s new friend. I get the feeling Neve is going to be some tabloid rat that will expose Alison. By the end of this season Alison is said to be under fire for her “work” at the DA’s office.

I’m not really sure how I felt about tonight’s episode. Last week was so good, tonight’s not so much. I guess I didn’t really like that Alison’s brother kinda took over as the focus. I also did not like the father/victim at all, he was an ass so I couldn’t really have much sympathy for him. The only likable person in that family was the poor mom.
I did however love the story with Bridgette and Joe. Her mean math teacher broke her daddy’s window and she wanted her to go to jail. She should have! I also liked that it was Joe who figured out her dream, not Alison. That was a good twist.

Some quick thoughts on this week’s spook tv!
This week’s “Medium” featured Alison’s husband Joe and daughter Ariel in more staring roles that her for a change. I have to say I totally loved the episode! I always love the ones featuring the kids and their powers. Bridgett Rocks! This one reminded me a lot of probably one of my all time favorite “Mediums,” where Alison saw Lee being shot to death in a restaurant and had to figure out how to save him. When the hostage taker (Aaron?) shot the one guy, I screamed. I did not expect that at all.
On to this week’s “Ghost Whisperer,” I really liked this episode too. It was a good week for spooky TV. Melinda finally confessed her secret to Delia . . . . she’s sees dead people! It took her long enough! I’m glad Delia didn’t completely turn from her, that they worked things out. Still, it seems Delia thinks Melinda may be a little loopy. I couldn’t tell if Delia believed her, or acted like it for her son’s sake. There was no usual “proving” to the family by telling them something Melinda couldn’t have know. I guess we’ll have to keep tuning in to see if Delia believes in Melinda’s talents or not.
