Brothers And Sisters: Cougars, Cats and Visas

So it’s late I know, but here are my thoughts and minicap for the last “Brothers and Sisters.”

Luc’s visa issues seemed to magically get straightened out, which was bad news for Kitty. Kevin made a call to an old law firm friend, and some right wing blogger working there found out and leaked it to the press. Of course everyone assumed Kitty had pulled the strings to get Luc his visa, and people were furious with her.

Sarah and Luc were besieged by paparazzi, and Sarah lost it and flipped out on them, which made Kitty’s issues worse. They both pulled poor Kevin in, who didn’t want anything to do with law or politics. In the end Luc’s visa got revoked, and now Luc and Sarah are back to square one.

Unfortunately with this media attention, should they actually get married, I think they’ll be under scrutiny by the INS! Poor Luc and Sarah, I don’t think things will get easier for them.

Meanwhile as much as Kevin tried to distance himself from law and politics, it seems they are just sucking him back in. Scotty got the bad news his boss was selling his restaurant, not the time to be out of a job with Kevin also out of one. However Kevin convinced him to perhaps open his own restaurant.

The trouble with Dennis York remained, and he had some shady meeting with Nora threatening to reveal something. She went to Tommy to convince him to convince the other kids to sell their shares of Ojai to York to avoid another one of their father’s scandals from coming out. Tommy agreed to come home and do so, it seems he still is in the doghouse with his ex anyways.

So it looks like Tommy is back, for a little while again. I still am dying to learn what this story with Nora and Dennis is. She knows something, she just won’t tell anyone. I thought they might have a kid together, but now I think it’s something much worse . . . why else would Nora agree to have her kids sell their shares of the company?
