Marley and Fabian danced the jive to “You May Be Wrong, You May Be Right.” The judges all felt she did a good job, but her timing was off a few times and to watch her hands. I myself thought they did a good job. They got a (score to be inserted, I missed it!)
Steve and Anna danced the tango to one of those classical tango songs, probably also featured on some margarine commercials as well. Steve was just stiff and awkward looking to me. The judges said that was his best dance so far and he had good footwork. They got a 21.
Christian and Cheryl danced the jive to “Mr Fahrenheit/Havin A Good Time?” The judges loved his performance, again saying it was his best dance yet. Len however said his legs could have been looser and his free arm needed work, but it was his best dance. They got a 25.
Mario and Karina danced the tango to “Roxanne” and I thought they did a really great job, but apparently I shouldn’t judge the tango! The judges said it had flair, but Len said it lacked posture and had terrible footwork. Carrie Anne agreed, he had style, but there were a lot of missteps. Bruno told him he could do better, but it wasn’t that bad. They got a 21.
Shannon and Derek danced the jive to “Goody Two Shoes.” She was okay, but it just wasn’t as flashy as I thought it should have been, it was slow. The judges said it was good, she needs to work on precision, she was fun to watch. They got a 24.
Adam and Julie danced the tango to “I Can’t Tell A Waltz From A Tango.” What to say? Julie did most of the work honestly, she danced around and even over him. Carrie Anne said Adam was actually sexy, Bruno said he was getting better and Len said Julie’s choreography actually made Adam look like a dancer. They got a 21.
Marrissa and Tony danced the jive to “Hey You” (Avril Lavign song). Just like Shannon’s, I just thought it was slow and not fun enough. The judges said it was a little too careful, Carrie said it was boring, Bruno even said it looked like a rehearsal. They did tell her that she had the talent, she’s got it so show it. They got a 19.
Priscilla and Louis danced the tango to a classical piece, again I’m sure you’ve heard it on some “I can’t believe it’s not butter” commercials before. I thought they did a great job. The judges also did too. They got a 25 (I think, need to double check)
Jason and Edyta danced the jive to a song I don’t know (“I’ve got a woman?”) I didn’t think it was on of Jason’s best performances, he looked clunky and awkward out there to me. The judges liked him, but didn’t feel the confidence from him. Len however thought it was sloppy. They got a 23.
Finally Kristi and Mark danced the tango to “Rio.” Once again I thought it was a solid performance from her. The judges felt it was a great performance, but she wasn’t there with her emotions, she needed to get more emotionally engaged. They got a 27.
I think Marissa and Adam will be in the bottom two this week, but honestly I don’t know who will go home.

Big Brother: On The Block This Week And Other News
Posted by Dustin on 03.30.2008 at 9:18 pm
So here is a quick recap of tonight’s “Big Brother.” After the fold are spoilers if you want to know what hasn’t aired.
The food competition was held and everyone in the house except Natalie and Adam are on slop for the week.
Ryan and James both attempted to strike alliances with Natalie. James even promised to go to the final two with her. She doesn’t know if she can trust him though.
The whole house got a laugh when Natalie stared at Matt’s photo drinking a glass of wine.
The nomination ceremony was held and Natalie put up Josh and James. Natalie said Josh was put up because he’s a threat and made it this far without being nominated. Natalie told James she just couldn’t trust he wouldn’t stab her in the back later in the game.
Page Six is reporting that while ABC won’t confirm, even saying no decision has yet to be made, it looks like “Cashmere Mafia” won’t be getting a second season. NBC on the other hand is expected to renew its show “Lipstick Jungle.”
Have watched both, this bums me out because I really felt “Cashmere” was the better show. I hope ABC will give it another shot next season.
One of my favorite new shows of last season was “Dirty Sexy Money,” which will not be back until the fall. However some news has trickled out. Ausiello at TV Guide has reported that Samaire Armstrong, who plays Juliet Darling is off the show as a full cast member and will only be recurring. I can’t say this is surprising, her character just wasn’t all that interesting.
Also Kristen at E! posted some spoiler goodness on the show. It looks like Little Brian Jr will be back next season! Recall that his mom took him off to China with her, or someplace far away. Oh and we’ll find out who killed Dutch, if he is in fact even dead (so more like who tried to kill him). I have always maintained the guy isn’t dead 🙂
It’s been a rumor for a few weeks, but now it’s been confirmed! The winner of last season’s “Project Runway” will be appearing on “Ugly Betty,” but there is more! Judge Nina Garcia is also set to appear. Here is the offical press release . . .
“PROJECT RUNWAY’S” NINA GARCIA AND 4TH SEASON WINNER CHRISTIAN SIRIANO TO GUEST STAR ON ABC “UGLY BETTY” EPISODE AIRING IN MAY
“Project Runway” judge and Elle magazine fashion director Nina Garcia and fourth season winner Christian Siriano will pay a visit to Mode in an upcoming episode of ABC’s award-winning comedy, “Ugly Betty,” produced by ABC Studios. Garcia and Siriano will film their scenes in early April and the episode will air in May sweeps on the ABC Television Network.
How fierce will it be when Christian and Nina meet Betty, Daniel and the other Modies? And what will fashion wunderkid Christian do when he crosses paths with Mode’s own hot tranny mess, Alexis Meade? Stay tuned.
The Bravo “Project Runway” stars join a long list of fashion forward guests who have appeared on the hit comedy series, including Victoria Beckham, Vera Wang, Kenneth Cole and Tim Gunn.
“Ugly Betty” stars America Ferrera as Betty Suarez, Eric Mabius as Daniel Meade, Tony Plana as Ignacio, Ana Ortiz as Hilda, Ashley Jensen as Christina, Becki Newton as Amanda, Mark Indelicato as Justin, Michael Urie as Marc, Judith Light as Claire Meade, Christopher Gorham as Henry, Rebecca Romijn as Alexis and Vanessa Williams as Wilhelmina Slater. Freddy Rodriguez is a recurring guest star as Gio. The series will return to the ABC Television Network with original episodes THURSDAY, APRIL 24 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET) and will air all-new shows through May.
