Lakisha Was ROBBED!
So I’m sorry, I know Blake has the girls probably voting for him, but Lakisha was robbed this week. Blake, as great as he is, was the weakest of the singers and just sucked this week. He should have been the one to go home. I don’t think Lakisha would have won, but she should still be in the game. The final 2 will come down to Jordin and Melinda.
I love Blake and am glad he’s still here. I have a bad feeling he’s going home next week though, with Jordin winning.

Honestly, Lakisha doesn’t have that great of a voice. I wanted her gone weeks ago.
Jordan will deff win. Either Blake or Malinda will be in the top 2 with her.

I think Blake should have gone home, this week was not the week to bring the beat boxing to these songs. He was the weakest this week.
I expected Lakisha to leave next week not this one.

Is anyone missing the wow factor here? I am. While I do like Melinda and Jordan I’m just not amazed by them, nor Blake. Like others have commented it was his time to go and Lakisha should have stayed. I’m just not sure that these were the best of the crop. I am still unsure that this season is what one would call great. I have been disappointed by the whole thing. However, I keep watching eager to know who will be the next winner. Thanks for listening.

What is wrong with Blake? I think he is the best! Not just becasue he is representing seattle or that he is really cute lol, but he is unique! He has always comes up with something that keeps his audience on their feet. Out of all the contestants, I can only see him making it big in the music industry. I’m not saying Jordin or melinda are bad but blake got the looks, style, originality, and voice!

Well, I’m personally glad LaKisha is gone. There is just something lacking with her. Its like she has no joy at all when she sings, and it was starting to irritate me watching her every week.
Melinda has a good voice. But she is a boring performer in my opinion.
Jordin is good, especially for her age. I just wonder how well she will do with a career since there are only about 2 dozen other girl singers out there similar to her.
Blake is my favorite. I don’t care that he didn’t have a good week. He is the ONLY one who I would actually spend my hard earned $ on, whether its buying a cd or going to a concert. He’s the only one I look forward to every week.

Blake will get a record contract, no doubt about it. However it’s supposed to be a singing competition, and compared to the girls, his voice just wasn’t as good.

I predicted it would be between Lakisha and Blake, and I hoped KiKi would leave. I love blake’s uniquness. I really dont want Melinda to win b/c she has had lots of experience and training. However, Jordin has that natural talant. I really hope it comes down b/ween Jordin and Blake. Lakisha has had more off weeks than Blake. He is original and more refreshing even though his voice isn’t the best on the show. Lakisha has a great voice and I enjoyed her but the overall performances were lacking. There was no stage presence. Melinda on the other hand is an old pro and feels perfectly comfortable on stage on top of having a tremendous voice. Jordan is such a talent being so young and probably what the music executives are looking for so they can mold her into what they want. I think Blake will go next even though he is talented. I think it’s up in the air over who will win between Jordan and Melinda. It will be based on their next few performances.

Blake should have been gone, that beboxing bull crap needs to go I think Lakisha was awesome when she would sing it would send chills all over me. Hopefully Blake will go this week.

I was glad Lakisha got voted off. Thats one more week we get to enjoy Blake’s originality. Altho he may not have as great of a singing voice as the others, he is refreshing from the generic pop crap that is Jordin Sparks. But I’m sure she will win since it’s a popularity contest and not actually a talent contest. If it was atually based on talent then Melinda Doolittle would win. She is the only one that 100% deserves it. Every time she’s on the stage I get chills. She has a remarkable singing voice and sing almost anything.

Every year AI needs diversity in their final two. They either have male vs. female or white vs. black. I think they had to keep Blake just to have a male vs. female this year since all of the woman left are black. I think all of the woman left are fantastic and very sorry to see KiKi go. Blake is unique, but not someone I would personally buy a CD from.

I really think that it should come down to Blake and Jordin… Then I think Jordin will win… Or should win. Melinda is the usual person and Lakisha was just as usual. There was no uniqueness within them. Umm ok bye

Everybody thinks because a person has 1 bad week, they should be sent home. Yea, Blake had a bad week last week, but he had tons of good ones, just because someone dosent do well singing the “beegees” means they should go home. I am glad to see Lakisha gone. Altho I love Blakes unique style, I say he is headed home next week, as for record deals, almost everyone in the top 6 or 7 is almost guaranteed one, not saying their career will sky rocket tho, they could be flops, look at Taylor Hicks. I and many people like Blake, but lets be honest how many of us would actually listen to his cd over and over? Not my kind of music, neither is Melindas, even tho she is good. I would like to see Jordin win, I would actually listen to her music. People seem to vote for who they like on the show, not thinking, well, if this person wins, will I ever buy their cd and if I do, will I continue to listen to it?

talent is talent no matter who it is male or female black or white i think its pure qouincidence it winds up that way people vote for the under dog some times and thinking hey the other guys with tallent will be safe not realizing that half a million people may be thinking exactly so all these votes for the under dog will put out the real people with talent i.e chris daughtry but maybe some times thats for the best because although taylor hicks is a good performer daughtry is better and sold more, for me i personaly liked all the contestents this year but i think blake should win for the fact he original and he took a bon jovi song and made it his own the same way daughtry did with walk the line. the only good year i relay found for idol was with boy byce and carrie underwood

Im soooo with you on that one–don’t want to see Blake win. He’s a nice guy but have to admit I hate that he has to “redo” every song and sorry never been a big fan of the beboxing thing—can do without it. My wish would be a final between Melinda and Jordin but reality is that it will be Blake and Jordin cause he has such a big fan base. I also think he has had more than one bad week but that’s my personal taste and opinion–as for boring all three on them are on a national hit series even if a reality one just don’t think that makes anyone boring and if having true talent is boring I would take it over beboxing noise any day….its what I would pay money for and buy a cd for too….

Anymore, it really doesn’t matter who wins the title, does it? Obviously, if Blake doesn’t win, he’ll have a career with his talent, since it is what’s “in” right now on some charts. Jordin, Melinda and Lakeisha will have careers as well, I am sure. Heck, I’m sure we’ll hear from the others too. Personally, Blake’s beatboxing does get old. It isn’t necessry to do it every single time. I kind get tired of looking up his nose too while he sings. As for Lakeisha…this is in no way an attack, just my opinion…but I hate lisps and she can’t disguise hers when she sings. That’s all I’d hear when she sang, so it overclouded her obviously fantastic voice. Of all the idols we’ve seen come and go, I feel that Kelly has had the most innate talent. Jordin is a close second. So, my vote is for Jordin. She’s young and has a lot ove growing to do with her natural talent.
