I’m not sure how I missed these reports, which came out 2 weeks ago with the season finale, but there are rumors that singer Beyonce Knowles wants to join the show “Desperate Housewives.”

Her father Matthew has supposedly gotten her a guest gig, but is trying to expand it to a recurring role for next season according to various reports citing MediaTakeOut.com as their source.

  1. Just because you want to be on a show does not mean you should get to. I would love to be on this show, but I know reality has to set in sometime!! Beyonce would not do well on Wisteria Lane. I owuld not support her being a recurring role-player.

  2. Good Lord do we really need to see more of this woman? I find her terribly annoying. I really hope this is just a rumour. I think there are plenty of people who would like to be on this show, so if they are actually wanting another housewife please let it not be her.

  4. she is not very good at acting. have you seen pink panther, autin powers 3, dream girls, and the boat load of revl ads. I don’t think that’s a good idea. if they need a back wife they should try nia long or gabby union, heck ill do it

  6. She’d probably just be walking around the set all day yelling “ShaZAM” and flicking her hair. I think we should write Cherry and say that there’s a bunch of women with more talent who write into the Primtime Dish. And Momof4, you’re right there is already a Diva on the show, why mess with that?

  7. I agree with all of you! I would NOT like it if she became a part of the cast–there’s nothing about her or her “acting” that would fit into this show–DH has become one of my favorite shows, I really hope they don’t include her as a regular character.
