Tonight’s episode of “Ghost Whisperer” centered around a family who lost their youngest son in a lawn mowing accident. The son and his older brother were riding on the lawnmower when the youngest son was thrown and fell in the path of the mower. Yeah, gross! The father however covered up for his son, which lead to the family breaking up and the older brother living with the guilt.

Sam/Jim meanwhile found out about the woman he proposed to, or was going to. Her name was Nicole and they were on and off again for 8 years, until she gave him an ultimatum to propose. He apparently was going to. He felt though that if it took that long that maybe she wasn’t the one for him. In the end he decided to go see her to try and get answers.

Once again not too much progress was made with the Sam/Jim storyline. He did remember some of his paramedic skills, but he thought he must have seen it on TV. The son tried to kill himself by jumping off the roof of a house and Jim was there to save him with neck braces and splints.

From the previews for next week it looks like we’ll finally get episodes focusing more on Jim/Sam and Melinda than what we’ve been getting lately. I just get the bad feeling that it won’t be too easy for them to get together though. I wish Melinda would conk him on the head and he’d just remember everything!
