Army Wives: Is Jeremy A Goner?

Army Wives: Is Jeremy A Goner?

Posted by Dustin on 03.16.2011 at 5:37 pm

Here are the upcoming TV Listing spoilers for “Army Wives.” I’ve thrown in some alternate versions for some as well that give a little more 411.

Chase is alive in April, well after the “death shows” (which have limited info to protect who it is that dies). So it would appear Chase is NOT dead (at least not yet, there is an ominous spoiler I posted previously about how long Chase may be around after something happens).

I am thinking that either Jeremy is a goner, or it’s just some character that isn’t part of core group. A spoiler down the road that has Claudia Joy remembering Amanda might also be a clue that it’s Jeremy, as they were dating when Amanda was killed.

3-20 Movement to Contact
Claudia Joy’s first day as a law associate is not what she expected when she butts heads with Chandler.
Roxy worries about her friendship with Pamela when their boys get into a fight.
Sara Elizabeth is accepted into an exclusive preschool, which has Joan and Roland concerned about appearances.
Denise, Claudia Joy, Pamela and Roxy plan a wedding shower for Tonya.

3-27 On Behalf of a Grateful Nation
The wives support each other as one Fort Marshall family must deal with an unexpected loss.

4-3 Soldier On
Raw emotions cause each of the women to make drastic decisions about their future.

4-10 Walking Wounded
Claudia Joy is haunted by the memory of her daughter Amanda.
Pamela and Chase try to set a good example for their children.
Roxy considers opening another restaurant.
Roland questions his abilities as a psychiatrist.

4-17 Strategic Alliance
Claudia Joy and Chandler try to help an Army wife who is being threatened with deportation.
Roxy finds a way to cut costs and move forward with her new business “The Truck Stop.”
Roland and Joan offer to watch Molly when Denise comes down with the flu.

The All New Wonder Woman Hour!

The All New Wonder Woman Hour!

Posted by Dustin on 03.16.2011 at 3:15 pm

So the new “Wonder Woman” show is taking flight, so to speak. The pilot for NBC began shooting this week. We’ll know if it’s a go by May.

Adrianne Palicki (IMDB.com photo, she has darker hair now) has been cast in the title role. Honestly I don’t know who she is, and if I’ve seen her in films, I still can’t remember her.

She’s not only playing Wonder Woman and Diana Prince, who now works for a fortune 500 company Themiscyra Industries, she’s also playing the CEO Diana Themiscyra. Yes three roles! Should be interesting.

Tracie Thoms has been cast as the bumbling Etta Candy.

No official news on who Steve Trevor will be.

Elizabeth Hurley is signed on as (one of?) her nemeses Veronica Cale, but right now it’s just being reported as a guest role.

WonderWomanTV.Com recently posted a photo of the new logo for the show, as snapped on set while filming. I’m not sure how I feel about it yet. It has a retro look to it, but honestly looks more Egyptian than Greek to me.

I honestly don’t know what to think about the show. It will either be great, or a hot mess.

Glee: Original Regionals

Glee: Original Regionals

Posted by Dustin on 03.16.2011 at 12:31 pm

So I didn’t post about last week’s sex-filled “Glee” episode, but from the backlash out there, I guess I was the only one who liked it. I thought it was funny and I loved the songs.

This week “Glee” went to regionals. Okay let’s just get this out of the way first. This is where they lost last year to Vocal Adrenaline, who went onto Nationals. Since they did NOT go up against them this year, how are we to believe they will magically appear at Nationals? Because we know they will, they are expected to return. Jonathan Gruff won’t be back, but Cherish will.

The supposed major death they had been teasing was a bird? A BIRD? I felt that was crap. They made it sound like someone died at regionals, which would have been drama.

Kurt and Blaine’s kiss was sweet, but not as sweet as Kurt finally calling Blaine out for being a stage whore. I loved his comment that they were really Blaine and the Pips.

Did anyone notice that at the end of Oral Intensities Jesus themed performance they moved in and made a pentagram?

I did like the original songs, though I think I liked “Hell To The No!” the best.

It looks like the show doesn’t come back till April at this point from the previews teased, with Holly Holiday making another return. Sue meanwhile gets all of Will’s enemies in one place, including Teri, to take him and the club down.

V: Kill Them All!

V: Kill Them All!

Posted by Dustin on 03.16.2011 at 12:18 pm

Holy Crapola! What a season finale of “V.” Just like last year, if the show isn’t renewed, we are left with a lot of questions. Diana, Ryan and Tyler all met their makers in the episode.

Lisa wouldn’t go through with the plot to kill her mother, which left an opportunity for Anna open. She took it and killed Diana, who had just returned to speak to her people. It seems Diana WAS of peace and wanted to live in peace with the humans. Anna wouldn’t have that.

Anna had Lisa imprisoned and used her last queen egg, which had been rapidly grown using the hybrid’s DNA, to make a second “crazy” Lisa. This Lisa bred with Tyler, then killed him! All while the real Lisa, now in Diana’s cell, watched.

Finally the hybrid killed Ryan and then helped her mother bliss all of humanity. Other goings on, Hobbs mysteriously disappeared . . . Chad was called to see Anna (who knew he was 5th column) and Erica was taken by her FBI Boss (“Days'” Dr Mike) to met a huge worldwide underground movement against the Vs run by guest star Marc Singer.

So IF the show returns, we at least know Marc Singer will have a part next season. Erica, and now Lisa, really will be out for blood. I don’t think Lisa will falter again if asked to kill her mother, though she did drive a good point home to Erica . . . . she had turned into as much of a monster as Anna had.

V: Dirty Diana!

V: Dirty Diana!

Posted by Dustin on 03.09.2011 at 8:17 pm

So there is only one episode of “V” left for the season, and then we are stuck waiting to see if the show will be back. The ratings haven’t been that spectacular from what I understand, but the show does seem to have a cult following.

So after all this time, when Marcus finally came to Diana, it seemed as if her true colors were revealed. She told Marcus that Anna has always had human emotions, and that’s why she overthrew her, it was her pride coming out. She also mentioned something about their enemies, humans, and the impossibility of stamping out the human soul. Color me confused, I can’t figure out her motives at all anymore. It almost seemed as if she had been playing Lisa all along and hates humans as much as Anna does. The clip was so fast, “V” is no longer online for free, and the recap on ABC doesn’t clarify that part. Grrrr! What was your all’s take?

Anna gained the ability to bliss humans, blissing Tylor to keep him from leaving her and the ship and going back to his mom. Frankly I was rooting for the bliss to backfire and kill Tylor. He annoys me almost as much as Chad Decker, and I find both characters pointless. Given how little time they are given lately, someone at the show must agree too.

Joshua got his memories back and finally remembered he was fifth column. That took long enough! I can’t wait to see him join in with the others and the fight.

Hobbes and Erica had a fling last week and danced around it a bit this week. I still think she’ll end up with Father Jack though. Given the tension between the three of them they sure seem to be setting up a love triangle.

Marcus became suspicious of Anna, who clearly has grown to love Ryan’s hybrid kid. That made him realize Diana was right about her daughter having emotions. I guess V don’t love their offspring at all?

I’m still waiting for the hybrid to unleash some amazing powers like in the original. Next week’s preview have her going after Ryan and protecting Anna.

It definitely looks like Diana gets freed next week and Anna goes down. I however have this feeling that Diana is going to make Anna look like a lamb. I could even see Anna being forced to team up with Erica against her mom next season . . . should there be one.

Pretty Little Liars: It’s Been Awhile!

Pretty Little Liars: It’s Been Awhile!

Posted by Dustin on 03.08.2011 at 6:27 pm

I keep meaning to make posts on the show, but get busy, and now I see it’s been a month since I posted. Oh no! So here is a post discussing the show, and my various thoughts on some of the major stories.

So from the moment Paige came on the screen with her attitude towards Emily I knew, she had the hots for her. And indeed she does, and Emily is helping her come to terms with being gay. She’s at least a lot more likable than Maya, who was incredibly pushy . . . . but I’d still like resolution to what happened to Maya. Was she sent to Jesus Reformation Camp for being gay and not a drug camp?

I kinda enjoyed Hanna and Caleb together, but honestly I much more liked her with the geeky guy who had the crush on her. I thought they were going somewhere. Caleb of course turned out to be hired by Jenna to spy on Hannah. Uh oh! The slap Hannah gave Jenna was great, and long overdue! As for Spencer . . . . you dumb ass! Not to advocating kicking a blind person and taking advantage of them, but Jenna is a schemer . . . . she should have stolen that flash drive and RAN!

Spencer and Jenna’s brother Toby hooking up, I NEVER saw that one coming, but I liked it! Spencer becoming the prime suspect in Alison’s murder, and somehow Ian coming off clean as a whistle just pissed me off. I think at this point it’s time to be honest with the cops. Tell them about -A. Show them the text messages. Enough is enough, don’t send yourself to jail over protecting this blackmailing SOB.

Finally Aria’s mom and dad are finding their way back together, but it seems Aria’s romance with Teacher is on the verge of being discovered by them. Uh Oh! That’s long overdue and the shiznit is gunna hit the fan.

So who do I think -A is? Hell if I know at this point. I thought it was Melissa for so long, but now Jenna is looking all sorts of suspecious again. So that means it has to be neither of them but someone else. There is still the possibility that -A is not the killer, only knows who the real killer is.

ABC Late March ’11 Spoilers

ABC Late March ’11 Spoilers

Posted by Dustin on 03.07.2011 at 8:35 pm

ABC shows begin trickling back in near the end of March. I am assuming still that it’s Post-February Sweeps and March Madness that that have so many shows (not just ABC) in rerun right now.

-“Castle” will have a soap themed episode, paying homage to Nathan Fallion’s time on “One Life to Live” with the episode “One Life to Lose.”
– Katie learns something about her ex-fiance Joshua, aka “The Watcher” on “No Ordinary Family.”
– I am still posting spoilers for “Off The Map” when they come in. The prospects for renewal aren’t high, but I’m enjoying the show. It’s pure trash πŸ™‚ In this episode a controversial transplant takes place at the clinic.
– The Chief is desperate to get Adele into the Alzheimer’s trial, while the residents competition for Chief Resident goes into overdrive on “Grey’s Anatomy.”
– “ER’s” Alex Kingston guests as a doctor who pans Violet’s book, and who Sheldon has the hots for on “Private Practice.”

Army Wives Season 5 Premier: Nobody Dead Yet!

Army Wives Season 5 Premier: Nobody Dead Yet!

Posted by Dustin on 03.07.2011 at 12:46 pm

In spite of the promos, nobody died during the premier of “Army Wives,” which makes me think it was just a general spoiler for the season. I’ll post something at the end of this post about it.

Frankly, I thought the premier was a tad boring! Yeah I said it. A quick rundown of what happened . . . .

– Joan considered retiring from the army and having another baby, but ditched that decision when she was promoted to Garrison Base Commander, and was only a year away from getting a star and making general.
– TJ (a new TJ?) had become a royal *bleep* and trouble maker with Trevor gone. Finn’s father stopped by with a check from his dad, who passed away, for Finn and Roxy. The two bonded, but no lines were crossed. They did not tell the boys who he really was, just an old friend. TJ however just grew more angry.
– Pamela got the job in Atlanta and had till the end of the week to decide, as well as figure out what to do about Chase’s proposal. Her partner Boon made a third offer, stay here on the force and with him, and he kissed her!
– Claudia Joy saw Emmalynn off to college. Michael then revealed he was on the short list for a promotion, heading up West Point. It would mean a move closer to Emmalynn, but a move no less.
– Denise met Tonya (Gabriella – her last name – what she was called most last season), and the two just didn’t click. Tonya said everything wrong. Molly ended up really sick and Denise rushed her to the hospital at the end of the show.

Like I said, not the most exciting show, save for the drama involving Molly. I really thought she’d be the one they killed off, but no (at least not yet).

Now for a possible SPOILER!

Jeremy Davidson (Chase) spoke to E! Online about Season 5 and revealed . . .

“[What happens is] not necessarily the season premiere but I would definitely say there is something very significant that happens with Chase in the course of the season. … I guess…how long Chase is around. That’s probably all I can really say.”

The more I think about it, the more I think Chase maybe the one who dies. Had the show with Pamela gone ahead, he would have been written out anyways. So he is the easiest one to write out now.
