Big Brother 13 . . . The Winner Is . . .
I got home late due to work, so I simply decided to just do a very brief recap on the final “Big Brother” with the vote results and my thoughts.
In the end, Rachel won the final HOH . . . honored a deal with Porsche and took her to the end, evicting Adam.
When the votes came in, it was as follows
Brendan, Jeff, Shelly, Jordan voted for Rachel.
Danielle, Kalia and Adam voted for Porche.
Rachel won by one vote!
At the very end Julie revealed that America’s Favorite Houseguest was yet again Jeff!
WHAT a stressful summer! I think myself and so many others never imagined they would be on Team Rachel ever, but given the alternatives . . . . Rachel at least played both a social game (after Brendan left though) and fought her ass off, so I’m glad she won.
I would have hated to see Porsche or Adam win honestly. Adam will be pictured in the dictionary as “floater” from now on, though Danielle suggested he would coin a new term “Piggybacker.” Porsche, I don’t care that she stepped it up at the end, she tormented us with those damn jumpsuits all summer!
I agree with you 100%. Never, at the end of last summer, or at the beginning of this one, did I ever think that I’d be pulling for a Rachel win. I’m so glad she did though. Thank god for Shelley at the end!
I LOVED how ED said Dani blew it by jumping ship too early. Her bitterness and immaturity really showed last night, and it’s pretty obvious why she doesn’t really have a relationship with that man. She can’t get over things at all.

I do not see what America see’s in Jeff. I would have rather seen any one else beside him win favorite houseguest. The guys a complete TOOL that treats Jordan like crap and has an ego big enough for everybody in the house.

I am so so glad Daniele won NOTHING! We like Jeff because he got rid of whiny the crew will quit if you get rid of me, I can give it but not take it Daniele, thanks Jeff!!!!

Even if it was a personality contest, I think Rachel would finish ahead of Daniele. That girl is the definition of a Bitch and she’s not as great as she thinks she is.
But overall, I was sooo happy with the finale. Rachel knew she won when she got Shellys vote and I couldn’t have been happier.

I used to think it was probably ED that caused them to be at odds, but it is definitely all Daniele. I’m sure the fact that he won and she came second is the reason she hasn’t spoken to him since BB8.

I’m with everyone else. I couldn’t stand Rachel last summer or for the first part of this season, but I was so glad she won last night! I think not having Brendon around to carry her was actually good for her, in more ways than one. She grew up a (very) little bit when she had to stand on her own.
I couldn’t stand Porsche from beginning to end, and am sorry that she walked out of the house with any money at all, but at least it wasn’t the $250,000.

thanks for clearing up the Danielle question. I was thinking she might redeem herself in the end, but no, still a cow. I don’t like to see father/daughter conflict, but in this case, Go Dick!
