Grey’s Anatomy: Christina Returns!

Grey’s Anatomy: Christina Returns!

Last week’s “Grey’s” was the big Christina and Meredith episode, where they became one another’s person again basically. It was a pretty heart breaking episode too!

At the Mayo Clinic, Christina kept choosing Dr. Thomas over her sex bud Dr. Parker, and it was not making her sex friend happy. Unfortunately Parker would never get the chance to force Thomas out, because Dr. Thomas ended up dying during a surgery. Noooooooo!!!!!!

In Seattle, Meredith got herself involved with an accident victim who reminded her way too much of Lexie, and she wasn’t going to let her die like Lexie did. The Chief realized what was going on and tried to get her to step away . . . However she wouldn’t, and managed to save her patient.

Of course the pivotal point came at the end. Christina knocks at Meredith’s door, where Meredith breaks down finally over Lexie’s death.

We all knew Christina would be coming back eventually. They just couldn’t keep this going on. I was really afraid they’d kill Thomas off and that’s why Christina would leave, and that’s just what they did. I wish they could have found another way, because Thomas and Christina were so much fun!

The previews for next week seem to indicate that Meredith is about to lose her status as the monster of the hospital to Christina, who of course I’m sure will earn whatever nickname she gets!

  1. After watching their boss do the 30 second dance party how can anyone fear her, Christina has always been more cold and frightening although I don’t really see how saying Lexie is dead is breaking down, but I’ve never felt emotion from Ellen Pompeo’s (or however you spell it) acting

  2. I think we were supposed to assume they both ended up having a long girls night dealing with their losses. They just didn’t show it 🙂
