Grey’s Anatomy: Seattle Grace Is No More . . .

So the latest episode of “Grey’s Anatomy” had the doctors all arguing over the hospital and how it should be run. Nobody could get along, and Jackson was basically drowning in responsibility. It was a good episode, but not one of the best in recent memory. It was okay.

Katherine and Webber ended up in a bit of a feud over Jackson. He felt she had piled too much on the boy, and he could end up breaking and never get over this. She felt he was an Avery and could handle the pressure and would come out on top. Later she apologized for snapping at him, realizing it had been a long time since she had a man in her life who also cared about her son. Neither knew Jackson was listening in on their fight . . .

Meanwhile the schedules were a mess, organs to be transplanted were getting lost in a mess of protocol, the doctors were fighting, and Owen quit when it came out that the foundation felt a new Chief should be appointed. It basically looked like the hospital was going to sink even after all the millionaires club had done to save it.

In the end, Jackson did find his balls and managed to save the day. He said they would run the hospital as they saw fit, and would report to the foundation, not the other way around. He said Hunt would not be replaced, and he suggested they rename the hospital to remind them why they fought to save it and what it stood for . . . The new name would be “The Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital.” I thought that was really touching and would hopefully keep them all from squabbling with one another. For a few episodes at least.

Read on for spoilers for the next two new episodes . . .
